Calculator measurements and results

Calculator inputs include elbow and reference-seat measurements, proposed seat settings, keyboard offsets, furniture specifications, candidate names and source notes. Calculator code does not transmit these values or results to DeskMetrik, place them in URLs, or save them in cookies, local storage or session storage. Unit and display preferences are not persisted either.

Navigation links can select a workflow such as standing or chair planning; they do not contain measurements. Printing or saving a summary uses your browser’s print dialog only when you request it. Saved or shared copies are under your control. The site provides no account or saved-calculation service.

Cloudflare hosting

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Requests for pages and assets expose ordinary request information to Cloudflare, including your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request timing. Cloudflare may process request and security logs to deliver and protect its services. Browser-only calculation does not mean website visits are anonymous.

Calculator measurements are not included in requests generated by the calculator. Provider processing and retention depend on the service and configuration; this policy does not promise a fixed host-log deletion period. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy .

Email to DeskMetrik

If you email contact@deskmetrik.com, your sender address, message, headers and any attachments are processed by the providers involved in delivery and the DeskMetrik operator when received. For messages forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing, Cloudflare handles forwarding and the destination mailbox provider (Google/Gmail) processes and stores the delivered message. Email Routing is not the receiving inbox. Email is separate from browser-only calculator data.

We use correspondence to answer questions, investigate corrections and address reported issues. Avoid sending sensitive information. For questions about an email you have sent, including a request to delete it, contact the public address above. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for messages or provider-held records.

Analytics, cookies and external links

DeskMetrik currently adds no analytics, session replay, advertising scripts or affiliate tracking. Calculator code does not set cookies. Hosting-level security processing is separate from calculator behavior.

Source and manufacturer links take you to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Those sites receive the requests you make to them. Any future affiliate links will be identified, and this policy will be updated before new tracking or data processing is introduced.
