Scope of the guidance

General guidance, personal measurements and statistical estimates are different. Read the basis and limitations alongside any result. An unavailable result is an intentional boundary, not a substitute recommendation. An unavailable result does not establish whether a workstation is safe or unsafe.

The calculator provides measurement-based starting heights and conditional planning scenarios. These are not medical prescriptions or guarantees of ergonomic suitability. No body-height estimator or universal chair-height formula is used.

Limitations

Furniture specifications and personal circumstances differ. The content cannot establish suitability for every person, equipment combination or health circumstance. No claim of medical diagnosis, guaranteed pain prevention or formal standards compliance is made.
