Using the calculator
Check the measurement instructions, units and assumptions before using a result. A change in chair, footwear, keyboard or support arrangement can require new measurements. Missing information may prevent a result; an unavailable result does not establish that a workstation is safe or unsafe.
Planning can explore proposed seat settings and product height limits. Geometric alignment alone does not establish adequate foot support, seating comfort, clearance, stability or complete furniture suitability. No body-height estimator or universal chair-height formula is used.

General guidance cannot account for every person, task or health circumstance. DeskMetrik does not diagnose or treat conditions, promise pain prevention, or certify compliance with ergonomic standards. Seek appropriate professional advice for individual health concerns.
